Our tuners work directly on our in-house 4WD dyno, rewriting the factory engine maps to optimise boost pressure, fuel delivery, and torque limits across the full rev range — delivering substantially more power and torque at the wheels.
The 2.5L TDCi in the PJ Ranger responds well to remapping. Peak torque arrives earlier in the rev range and holds strongly through the mid-range — exactly where you need it for towing and off-road work. Throttle response sharpens noticeably, and the engine pulls with confidence it didn’t have in stock form. Every tune is custom — not an off-the-shelf file.
Each job includes a before-and-after dyno run so you can see the exact gains on your specific vehicle. Results are printed and handed to you on the day.
